Who This Training Is For
My 1-hour in-home private training sessions are designed for dog owners who want guidance from a professional trainer with a customized plan so you can confidently train your dog on your own time. It typically takes at least six 1-Hour lessons to learn all basic obedience.
The success of this training is highly dependent on the owner’s consistency.
Please note that In-home privates are not available for locations past 20 miles from Mid-town of Tulsa.
This Program Is Ideal For
- Dogs with basic to moderate behavior issues
- Owners who want to be actively involved in training their dog
- Welcoming a new puppy in your home to get started on potty training, crate training, and basic management.
Common Issues Addressed
What I can work on during private sessions:
- Basic obedience (sit stay, down stay, recall, leave it, place, wait)
- Leash pulling
- Jumping, barking, and impulse control
- Puppy manners and house rules
- Confidence building
- Mild reactivity and anxiety
- Owner handling and communication
- Socialization
How the 1-Hour Private Sessions Work
I start off by breaking down the exercises with your dog and then I let you try the exercises yourself. I will be there to guide and answer any questions that you may have.
Typically, I recommend scheduling privates for every other week, so you have enough time to practice in between sessions.
Any supplies or training tools that you will need will be recommended by me.
